We were delighted to read your comments regarding our new plastic free tea bags, your feedback is greatly appreciated.
It is always great to hear when our consumers enjoy our lovely products, and we would like to assure you your kind words and comments will be passed to the relevant people within the company.
At present our foil wrap is not recyclable due to the mix materials used to make it. We are however looking at a suitable alternative that can retain the freshness of our teas. We haven’t found one at present unfortunately, but we are working closely with our packaging supplier.
